  • You can request an exchange within 4 days of receiving your item.
  • Please make sure to inform us within 24 hours after delivery by email or phone to start the exchange process.

  • Once we accept the returned item(s), the refund will be made via bank

  • Please send all items for exchange in one package to speed up the process.
  • We recommend using the original packaging to avoid damage
    (If unavailable, ensure items are well protected)
  • Items that are damaged, stained, washed or altered will not be accepted and no refund will be given.
  • Returned items that are damaged, stained or altered will be rejected and not reimbursed.

  • After we receive the returned items, a full refund will be processed within 7 working days and credited to your payment card/account, subject to bank processing times.
