Shipping Policy

 

  • We always try our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
    Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 working days, excluding
    mercantile and public holidays.
  • Once your order is confirmed, our in-house team and courier partners
    will prepare and dispatch your package within this timeframe. However,
    during promotions, high-demand periods or unexpected situations like bad
    weather, delivery may take a little longer.
  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next
    working Monday. Please note that delivery time is counted from the
    dispatch date, not the order date. Delays may also occur if the delivery
    address or contact number is incorrect.
  • Items are packed and sent based on availability. If any item is out of
    stock, our team will contact you before proceeding with the order.
  • We do not offer store pickup or same-day delivery. All orders follow our
    standard delivery process.
  • Before delivery, our courier partner will contact you to inform you
    about your delivery details.

  • Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the
    website checkout.

Order Cancellation

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 5 hours of
    placing the order. You can reach us through our hotline, Messenger or
    WhatsApp.
  • Please note that cancellations are only possible before the order is
    dispatched. Once the order has been sent, it cannot be canceled.
